Roosevelt, a Border Collie who was adopted from the New England Border Collie Rescue, was given a pretty enviable boost to help him get around. Roosevelt’s owner, Stephanie Fox, had a wheelchair design reconfigured to help him get around with ease. This bipedal wheelchair is perfect for all-terrain fun! Want to see more?
